Sahuji, a corrupt and a man of disrepute is a supplier to the tea gardens of Darjeeling. He provides low-quality materials to the tea plantations, and by bribing the accountants manages to pass his bills. When anyone tries to go against him, he is framed with false charges. His son, Kaliram terrorizes the whole village and throws tantrums. Every night he gets drunk and to fulfill the desire of the flesh, compels some or the other girl to comply his wishes.
One day, while passing a bridge has a fight with a man named Abhijit who, later turns out to a high ranked police officer. Abhijit falls for Tamosha, the visually impaired daughter of ‘Boro babu’. On one rainy night, Kaali tries to assault Tamosha but Abhijit saves her from his brutal attack and puts Kaali behind the bars.
Years later, it is shown that Abhijit is promoted to a small village of Sonarpur. He is married to Tamosha and expecting their first child. Kaali gets out of jail and murders Tamosha along with the unborn child.
What happens after Abhijit comes to know of this incident? Is poetic justice rendered to Kaali?
