Movie Synopsis:- At the centre of the film is Aniket (Indraneil) who wakes up drunken at a resort and reflects on his life in the past year. A year that has seen a slot of tension, betrayal, sadness and downs in life. Aniket reflects on each of the SMSes sent by certain people and certain incidents are shown based on interactions between the protagonist and the people one by one. It seems as if most have caused more misery to him or saddened him more in any which way. The only exceptions may be his teacher Farhad (played By Anjan Dutt), his father (played by Biswajit Chakrabarty and during whose last moments he couldn’t be present) and maybe his wife. But even then his relationship with his wife is at it’s extreme worst with extreme tension where there is no trust thanks to Ani’s own doings which created such an atmosphere where Raka, Ani’s wife (Srilekha) tries to commit suicide and later leaves him. Recession hits everyone including Ani’s friends, Ani, his colleagues and his boss. All these put together makes Ani literally go through hell. The film is about how Ani deals with his inner self and the turmoil and manages to survive despite all odds .Things brighten towards the end as the recession comes to an end.
