Movie Synopsis:- An honest and brave police officer arrives at Haridevpur to curb the notorious leader Nishikanta Saha. Nishikanta plans with the MLA to bribe the OC and bring him on their side. When that fails he complains to Inspector Haradhan Banerjee. The OC captures Abdul sent to kill him and arrests the MLA’s son for eve-teasing. He also gets to know about Nishi’s illegal alcohol business. Abdul is killed and the OC blamed for his murder. He asks for 48 hours to clear his name. He catches Haradhan for corruption first. Haradhan realises his mistake and helps the OC arrest Nishikanta.
